You'll be responsible for:

• Building and managing the entire CRM process, starting from planning, creating and costing to analyzing and running campaigns;
• Creating omni channel campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, managing site banners, social media, and direct marketing to increase customer engagement;
• Increasing retention and reactivation rates and activity of customers.
• Planning operational and promotional activities that support a long-term marketing strategy to increase sales, reduce customer churn, increase player value, and consequently support net revenue growth;
• Understanding and profiling players to create sophisticated customer segmentation and tailored offers;
• Creating CRM campaigns to be consistent, engaging, cost-effective, relevant, and aligned with other areas of the business;
• Regular communication and close interaction with all departments within the company;
• A competent budgeting process to achieve the desired balance between costs and results;
• Performing monthly and quarterly reviews and maintaining clear reporting of all results in line with goals;
• Reviewing daily and weekly performance of key business KPIs and player behavior on a regular basis to make prompt adjustments where necessary and/or identify opportunities for automation;
• Tracking competitors' campaigns to understand trends and improve our strategy;
• Ongoing performance improvement and control key metrics: LTV, open rate, click rate, valuable actions, churn rate;
