Tasks:

• Maintaining and updating the CRM communications calendar;
• Setting up and automating trigger mailings, email chains;
• Starting marketing campaigns (sms, email, mobile push, web push);
• Monitoring and improving mailing metrics (DR, OR, CR, CTR, Bounce);
• A / B tests (forming hypotheses, testing, evaluating results);
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of mailings, preparation of efficiency reports, optimization based on the conclusions of the collected data;
• Managing projects in your area of responsibility, working together with colleagues to improve the effectiveness of CRM;
• Control and analysis of CRM communication costs;
• Preparation of cascading mailings for regular communication: layout in templates, copyright;
• Audience segmentation, selection of segments for mailings;
• Making layouts of mailings (to think over the structure, to draw up technical specifications for designers to prepare banners and copywriters for texts, if necessary, to write texts yourself);
• Initiation of new mechanics and ideas for the development of communication channels.
